I work with individuals and organisations to bring clarity to ideas and energy to action, through digital skills, creative coaching and meaningful connection.

At heart, I’m an educator. With over 25 years in education, I’ve always been drawn to helping people think differently, find their confidence and turn ideas into something real. I’m particularly interested in creativity, wellbeing and how we prepare people for a world that doesn’t sit neatly in boxes.

Everything I do is guided by three values: Vision, Vitality and Voice.

Vitality to bring energy and momentum.

Voice to help people express what truly matters.

You’ll often find me creating spaces where conversations go a bit deeper. As host of Guildford Buzz and founder of Random Dialogues, I bring people together to connect, share ideas and sometimes surprise themselves. I’m also co author of Business Networking: Beyond Small Talk, because I believe the best opportunities start with real conversations.

Outside of all that, I’m happiest in spaces where ideas can breathe, in a garden, in nature, or mid conversation where something unexpected clicks.
